Please let us know if there are any issues upon check-in and we will do our best to handle them promptly!
Your door code is unique to your stay and will be active until check-out.
Hot tub maintenance typically occurs on Tues and Fri (in addition to sanitization between guest stays). The technician will need access to the house on these days and has a unique door code if you are away or unavailable.

Please remove items from fridge
Start dishwasher
Bag all trash (including pet waste) before throwing (or garbage service will not pick up).
Ensure items are returned to their proper location and condition, if used:
- Fireplace flue closed/gas starter off & outdoor grill covered/propane tank closed
- Firepit is covered & placed under porch
- Hot tub cover is on
- Streaming services are logged off
- TV & lights are off

No smoking in the house
No parties or large gatherings
Pet stays – if allowed on furniture, please cover with a blanket
Please pick up your pet’s waste from the yard & dispose in bagged trash
Please do not leave pets unattended
Please turn off streaming devices when off the property or sleeping
Please cover hot tub after using – failure to do may result in inability to heat to desired temperature and/or cause damage to heating pump
